This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from AG Training and operated in the United Kingdom.

Right to cancel

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel a service purchase within 14 days of the booking or agreement date, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided that the service has not already started or is within 24 hours of the event date.

When refunds are not available

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The service is within 24 hours of cancellation notification

  • The service has already been fully provided

  • The service has started with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right to cancel

  • The cancellation request is made after the 14‑day cooling‑off period

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancel a service, please contact us at agtraininghub@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, quoting your booking or reference details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
